The location is in a very quiet, peaceful and beautiful - the villa is extremely clean and has all the necessary amenities.

The house with the yard is a real paradise. We didn't want to leave this unique place. The beach that is near the house is great! The house was equipped with absolutely everything needed for a household. Clean and very cozy.

Quiet location in a forest area, near other villas but very private and cozy, with big garden and parking spot. Host was very helpful, the kitchentte is well equiped, we got some welcome gifts: wine, fruits, sweets etc. ευχαριστώ! Great garden with a lot of space with tables where you have a generous shadow all day. As others said you'll need a car in this area to get to shops, taverns etc. The nearby beach downhill is not so crowded, with great water and sand. You can go there by foot or by car. Left area has sunbeds and right it's free Other: Sani Beach and Marina complex seems a very expensive area to take dinner.

Nothing in particular about the property. Take into consideration that it's a more isolated area which for us wasn't wasn't a downside.

The house is part of a living complex, and is situated in a pine forrest. Really outstanding. It has a nice garden, where the temperature is comfortable due to all those trees, even during the day. After sunset, as long as you use some protection against mosquitos, it is a quiet and nice place to relax. The garden lighting is also really nice. And the sound of the little birds in the morning when you have breakfast in the garden…just out of this world. The house is very well equipped. It has a dishwasher machine, and also a wasching machine for the clothes. The furniture is in a very good condition, the beds are comfortable and we had a good sleep. The house has air conditioner but we did not use it at all as it was not needed. In the upper bedroom when you open the window at night you can feel the cool air coming in. There is a beach close to the location (10 minutes by foot). The water is shallow and very clean. A part of the beach has no umbrellas, so you need to take your own. But it is very quiet and private. Perfect for relaxation. Sani beach ( one of the biggest ones ) is very close to the location (10 minutes by car). There is a complex there, a lot of shops and places to eat. All nice beaches are within 30 minutes of car driving. You really need a car if you stay here. Road to the closest supermarket is about 15 minutes by car.

The only “bad” thing is the mosquitos. If you wear some protection and use the repellant, they are not so disturbant. If you want to stay in the nature, and not in a concrete city, this is the drawback. Honestly we did not care too much. In the house there were no issues as there is protection to all doors and windows.
