The country park was stunning, location was scenic and beautiful.

Unfortunately the Hot tub wasn't working. 1st night got up to 35 degrees but on 2nd day we couldn't use it due to it not going any higher then 31 degrees. The lack of contacts to ring someone but do on the 1st night we notice a problem with the toilet so did inform someone about us being unsure how to turn the heating on and within an hour they came out. Unfortunately a few stains on pillows.

Beautifully presented property with everything you could need and a full size hot tub. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 with good quality food and the bar did a very good local beer.

Nothing! The only trouble we had was getting transport into York for the day but nothing to do with the park or property.

The resort is fantastic.. only diwn point is the extremely late check in of 4pm? Such an amazing place id of liked to be able to get in earlier
