Het personeel is echt top! De ligging is goed nabij het centrum. Een van de betere kamers die wij hadden tijdens onze trip in Peru van 3,5 week. Daarnaast was het geen probleem om onze bagage een nacht te laten staan.

Douchedeur ging niet goed dicht, maar dat is het enigste

I enjoyed the outdoor terrace for breakfast and the staff was very kind.

The hotel is beautiful, made of the local volcanic stone, it feels like being in an old castle (in the best possible way). Unfortunately this stone produces a lot of dust, so you should expect to find a constant supply of it falling on the floor, bed, your stuff. It was not problematic, but unexpected. Special thanks to the night manager, he was so friendly and cheerful and really made us feel very welcome. We were sad when we had to leave. I have a smile on my face There are board games which we enjoyed playing in the common area. The internet is fast, but connection is a little spotty in some of the rooms due to the thick walls. The shower gets hot, water pressure is good, free drinking water is provided and you can get tea and coffee at all hours from the reception. The 50% discount at the Mumis restaurant is a great deal - the food there is excellent and I would really recommend making use of the discount if you stay here! Breakfast is simple - eggs, local bread, coffee, juice, but it hit the spot every day. Pro tip - get a room on the ground floor. While there's no view, you won't get blasted by the sun and you'll have a comfortable temperature during your stay. It's just a 5 minute walk to the main square of the historic center.

No parking, but there is a secure garage around the corner for 30 soles per night.

Such a beautiful property in the white volcanic stone building the city is famous for. We had a room on the first floor and heard no street noise (thick walls). The breakfast was delicious, juice, eggs and toast made fresh to order. The wifi was great, 300 mbps down, and 20 up. I was able to take a video call with no issues. Comfortable beds, not too hard. Hot shower with good water pressure. They also have board games so we played in the evening. 6 minute walk to the main square.

Only 2 minor issues. The pillows are a bit big, would appreciate a smaller size. The rainfall shower head needs to be cleaned to remove limescale buildup.
