Overall, everything was great! The common room is very cozy, and there are nice loungers in the yard where you can enjoy a coffee or read a book — which is exactly what I did in the evenings. The hosts were incredibly friendly and shared recommendations for places you won’t find on Google — local spots, routes, venues — all their tips were fantastic. I could reach out to them with any questions at any time. They also arranged a self-check-in for me, which was very convenient. A lovely touch was the bottle of water in the fridge — I arrived tired and hadn’t had time to buy water or coffee, but both were already provided in the room. The room matched the photos exactly. Next time, though, I’ll book a room with a terrace — I really loved the place. I truly recommend it!

È una villa stupenda, ben tenuta. La nostra stanza era grande, comoda e fornita di tutto. La signora Irene è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza.

Ci sono stati dei problemi con l’aria condizionata che l’ultima notte ha smesso di funzionare, ma siamo state sfortunate noi. Lo staff si è subito attivato per aggiustarla.

Excellent location we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a large balcony the building looked newly renovated and the spacious garden was beautifully maintained. Irene was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

It is advertised as the property has kitchen but there are no kitchen or even utensils at all.

Environnement agréable, beau paysage. Nous avons apprécié la terrace et sa vue. Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain fonctionnelle.

Lorsque nous avons réservé, la Villa Rubino les prestations indiquées sur le site Booking.com n'étaient pas conformes à la réalité. Villa Rubino se vendait comme un hôtel ou un B&B (heureusement, nous n'avons pas payé en avance le petit déjeuner, car nous avons appris sur place qu'aucun petit déjeuner n'était servi). Pas de cafetière dans notre chambre ni dans l'hébergement. Le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu'il n'y aurait aucun ménage pendant les 12 jours de notre séjour. Nous avons dû quémander du papier toilette (2 rouleaux pour 12 jours, c'est peu). Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre la gérante pour nous ouvrir la l'hébergement (que nous ne savons toujours pas nommer, car si c'était une location il aurait fallu avoir un coin cuisine). Pas une fourchette, pas une cuillère, pas un couteau ! Finalement, nous aurions mieux fait de louer un véritable Airbnb. Pour nous, c'est un établissement fantôme, sans personnel. Par ailleurs; le wifi ne marche que dans le salon commun. Malgré l'environnement agréable du lieu, l'accès à la plage nécessite ou une voiture ou des bus (irréguliers). Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous ne sommes pas capricieux ni râleurs.

Расположение не самое худшее, но автобусы ходят когда хотят, по времени не совпадает. Из удобств рядом 1 сраный минимаркет, который в обед закрыт.

Отсутствие уборки, даже заказать нельзя, нет столовых приборов , хотя есть чай и сахар и стаканы. Но мешать вы будете своим ботинком или зубной щеткой которой тоже нет при заселении. Постельное белье отвратительно, 2 меленьких не удобных подушки, одеяло такое же отвратительное хотя у нас была кровать queen size , но это была какая то убогая полторашка. Постоянно в дверь кто то ломился без предупреждения, будили в 7-8 утра чтоб что то «проверить» , ресепшена нет так как это просто дом. Туалетную бумагу за неделю ни разу не пополнили, вообще ничего не пополнили. Все на 1 раз, так и берите клиентов на 1 день , это просто ужасно, лучше снимете квартиру потому что это ужасно.
