The room was large. The interior of decoration is good.

1. There's no elavator, so I had a difficulty to carry my baggage to the third floor. 2. The shower head is fixed, not flexible. I don't like that type. Besides the temperature of the water wasn't stable. Somtimes it was very hot and it suddenly got cold . 3. I didn't know how to use a coffee machine. Compared with other places I stayed , the quality of the equippement was not so good 4. I felt uncomfotrable of the attitude of the owner. When I had a problem with my baggage. ( My samsonite didn't open) at first she misunderstood what I said and she said me that it was not our business. She lives away from the appartement . She couldn't understand English and always wrote me in Italian. So I had much difficulties and I was puzzled. Then I installed translation app to communicate well with her. Finally she told me to ask a assistance for neighbor and the neighbor helped me. I lost much time to resolve the problem . Of course it was my personal matter, but she didn't seem to be kind and helpfiul.

Wonderful apartment, in a great location, close to the center and very charming. Everything was nice and clean, and I really appreciated Antonella's toughtfullness. She truly anticipated every needs - even leaving plug adapters at the guest disposal! The flat was also nice and fresh, despite the hot summer days :)
