Spacious and friendly staff

This hotel was not very good. To start, there was poor communication from their end, as we wanted to cancel the first night we’d booked as our flight was cancelled. We informed them by message, but they did not respond. When we got there the next afternoon, they had not even known they had been sent the messages. Secondly, our room was quite dirty, ants on the floor and walls, and dirt and dust in many places. However, the worst thing was that our room smelt very bad of cigarettes and smoke. Even though the rooms said no smoking, either from outside or a room adjacent to us, continuous extreme strong smells came through to our room, maybe from the AC. This lasted the three days we were there. It smelt so strong that our clothes that were left out in our room eg on the chair, smelt so strong of cigarette smoke, and still do. On the penultimate day we asked the receptionists about it, and they helped to put air freshener, but it still smelt and they didn’t apologise, offering no explanation.

Tempat menginap yg sangat nyaman. Akan menjadi pilihan pertama utk menginap apabila sy ke jogja lagi. Harga dan fasilitas sangat sebanding.

Perawatan di bagjan² yg tdk langsung terlihat mohon diperhatikan jg. Anyway trimakasih utk fasilitas yg ada.

Het hotel zag er anders uit als op de foto’s. Het licht in de kamers was minimaal, zodat je niet kon zien of iets schoon was of niet. De badkamer was niet schoon, de lakens van het bed waren ook niet schoon, er liepen veel kleine beestjes in de kamer, minuscule beestjes, overal liepen ze. We hadden geboekt voor 3 nachten, maar hebben uiteindelijk ‘s avonds laat toch besloten om daar niet te slapen en naar een ander hotel te gaan.
