The location is brilliant, really close to the promenade, walking distance with a push chair. Beds are creaky but comfortable, duvet in the main bedroom is lovely. No noise on the street at all may here the odd car at night but that's it. Living room has TV and WiFi and is a nicely decorated room. This was a good priced place and you get what you pay for.

Struggled to unlock the back door then when we could open it it then took a long time to lock it again. So didn't go out in the garden in the end which is a shame as it's a good size yard that gets a lot of sun. The lock needs replacing in my opinion.

They Stay & Location Was Great Close To Shops & Beach, And Plenty Of Places To View And See.

Unfortunately The Boiler Wasn't Working And Was Unable To Get Hot Water To Have A Bath Or Shower Or Any Running Hot Water. Apart From That Would Definitely Stay Again In The Future Once Issues Have Been Sorted.

It was ok,and you can tell it's still a work in progress Maybe visit again in a couple of years and then rate it properly

Still in process of refurbishment and will be even better when all work is completed. No real.complaints as it met our needs and was good value for money.

Excellent communication throughout from owner. Great location, on street parking, easy walk to the sea front and local attractions. Buses every 10 mins from outside the property. Great layout inside the property and plenty of space for a family group. This is a property which is clearly getting better and better.

There was nothing we didn't like. The property is a super base for families/groups and the owner is continuing to add/upgrade the property too which will make it even better over time. The shower will probably need to be part of the upgrades at some point.

Not enough cutley, tv remote not working and tv turning off within 2 hours for no reason
