The beds are very uncomfortable as the base set is made of wood. We had to share the toilet. and its next to the main road you hardly sleep because of cars.

The place was terrible and when I got there I canceled immediately but I was moved from pillar to post by both booking.com and sunrise guesthouse until now I did not get my refund and I still want it because I didn't want to cancel but the place was not what they showed online.

You don't keep to your words, u lie and deceive clients. I have been using booking.com for years but this is really disappointing and I demand it gets fixed
