"Our stay was great. This was our 3rd stay here and we will be back."

10.0

The room is great and the location is perfect. I also live transportation is provided.

Nothing with the room however we had issues getting breakfast at the restaurant. We never did get our breakfast. This really has nothing to do with the room itself though.

"This was a fine stay for what I was looking for and the cost"

7.0

The room was very comfortable and had the basic amenities. The property was nice to walk around and hang by the pool or at the beach.

There was a coffee pot but no coffee was provided and the water cooler was very finicky to get working. The shower could have been cleaned better.

Friendly host and shuttle driver, good restaurant.

I would recommend updating the bathroom, heavy mineral deposits on plumbing fixtures.

Alex was a great guy... picked us up at the ferry terminal and delivered us to the airport the next morning. Very friendly and informative. The pool there is amazing and we had it all to ourselves.

There was nothing that we didn't like

"Great location, fabulous pool, no bugs."

9.0

The huge pool was refreshing and very clean. We didn't have any issues with sand fleas or mosquitoes as we've had in the past at other Roatan hotels. Free pickup at the ferry and transportation to the airport was fabulous. Our driver showed up early and quickly got us to where we wanted to go. They give you a free gallon of water when you arrive since you can't drink the tap water in Honduras. There are two restaurants on site that have great menus and service. The property is between the ferry and airport and close to both of them for a short commute. This property seems to be more for residents as there seemed to be more older clientele there for longer stays. Property was nice, quiet and exactly what we needed for a short stay over.

Our room was missing hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. At one point we ran out of toilet paper but there wasn't anyone we could ask for more since there really isn't an onsite office.

"Conveniently located"

7.0

One night stay because of ferry/flight timing. The resort definitely has seen its best time. Plusses: Pick up from the ferry terminal and drop off at the airport included. 40% discount at the beach bar. Nice beach. Minus: strong sewer smell outside of the room. Sandflies...(But that's Roatan, the property can't help that). We showed up at 9am for breakfast (not included) only to be told that the cook already cooked 30 breakfasts, no more breakfast (officially till 10am). But we could order from the lunch menu....

"Everything perfect but communication/ Todo perfecto, excepto la comunicación"

8.0

ENG: I really loved that the hotel was basically next to the airport, so that we could enjoy a little bit more of the seashore and actually that the hotel is at literally like 50 feet from the seashore. The personnel are very nice, they will be willing to help you or offer you any kind of service they have available. The room is comfy, clean was prepared, they even left a couple of coups and a pouch of instant coffee, sugar, and stirrers next to the coffee maker and after it we received a gallon of purified water. The room had a refrigerator, so that if you are satiated, you don't have to worry about where to store the food, it also has a microwave. You'll find towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash provided, a hair dryer and even a "security box" to store important stuff. The pools are always lukewarm, they have 2 of them, one for children and another one that will go about 2 meters deep in some areas to have fun if you're a skilled swimmer. The beach is astonishing, you'll be able to take a look at the cruise ships that come to the Island, and if you need to go anywhere else on the island, just get outside the hotel to the street, and wait for a white car, those are the taxis, that because of the hotel being near the airport, you'll find always a taxi 24/7. People are very, very nice and you'll surely make friends there!

ENG: There are very few things I'd complain about, that if those are fixed, the experience would have been perfect! First of all: Communication. We had talked to Alex and agreed to do a Snorkeling tour on the second out of our three day trip, the day we arrived, he then told us that he was waiting for a couple more passengers to get on the boat, plus the captain didn't show up that day. We waited for about 6 hours for the trip, when then a member of the restaurant told us that Alex was not there anymore, because he had an activity with a family member as it was father's day in Honduras and thus he had left the hotel. That was pretty understandable, and we could understand that family is important to celebrate and as I told a member of the hotel, if that was the case, we could have headed to Gumbalimba Park in the west bay area or take a taxi to somewhere else and find a Snorkeling tour and that was it, but we were tod that Alex would call for the captain and then we could take the snorkeling tour, wasting half of our most important activity day. At the end, Alex asked for pardon and excused, yet as mentioned. We could understand that he had an activity with family, if we were told since the very morning that father's day was being celebrated there, we could have figured that out. At the end we had to rush next day to west bay and thank God we found a nice taxi driver that even found a Snorkeling tour for an affordable price for us. Please, don't be afraid of communicating if you have something else to do, people will surely understand, what they won't understand is lack of honesty and betrayal when promising and activity that after all will be paid, that at the end was not performed. Second: Rocks. The seashore is a little bit rocky in some places and you could hurt your feet if you don't have enough protection.
