"The overall stay was very good."

The fact that is was close to the airport. The restaurant next door was very nice.

The lights in pool was off and the security guard did not know where the switch to turn them on was located.

I appreciated the excellent customer service. Gentleman was punctual at the airport for pickup and drop off. Excellent

I didn't like that the restaurant inside the hotel was closed and also hot water in the room I had to contact the hotel hostess in order to get it available. Also, hot water was not available in the morning, and I had to take a cold bathe and that was not good. The 2 dislikes were an inconvenience as I was travelling alone with my young baby.
