The location is perfect The staff was friendly The massage lady came to massage me in the room...perfect

The room was not cleaned There were dead ants on the floor The bed sheets were dirty, I had to call the manager and she sent someone with the clean sheets

The view was amazing.

The wifi was very poor. Even when connected but it was very slow. The lounge TV we could watch anything on it, because the connection to wifi was also very poor. The iron was not working. We had to call one of the staff members to bring us an iron that's working.

The tranquility of the place...everything....the view was out of this world...amazing staff...I got to chill by the pool with some friendly dog playing tennis...It was amazing

The fact that it has self catering breakfast,I wasnt aware of this upon making a booking and also have to share the kitchen with other ppl

The dam view was beautiful, having the whole house to ourself was really nice as well. The staff is very friendly.

We came back from a long and busy day, we wanted to take a shower and there wasn't hot water. We asked the caretaker for assistance he just said we must open the tap until the water gets hot, the water was running for 5 mins still no hot water. We slept without bathing. The caretaker didnt get back to us as to what we should do. Only to conclude ourselves that the hot water comes out from the cold side of the tap. We let them know it needs to be fixed cause it was very confusing The mosquitoes were too much YHOO. We actually used doom when we checked in and closed all windows then stepped out for the spray to work it's magic. We came back to so many dead mosquitoes on the bedsheets, floor and bathroom basin. Otherwise the place is nice guys
