Muy bien ubicado

La habitación tenía y fue uno de los motivos de mi elección cocina pero tenias que pedir cualquier utensillo plato taza etc por teléfono coso que me resultó muy incomoda.

Location great especially for the marathon. Room comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Breakfast was included in our rate but it was terrible -poor choice and terrible service I would never book breakfast there again Difficult to get room cleaned - very slow

Très bel hôtel ! Notre chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Lumineuse. Nous avions un lit king size avec un matelas de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel est idéalement situé très proche des transports en commun et des commerces, dans un quartier agréable. Le personnel est avenant et disponible. Nous recommandons ! Si nous retournons à Boston, nous opterons à nouveau pour cet Hôtel!

Nous avions une kitchenette fonctionnelle, avec un grand frigidaire et un grand micro ondes qui faisait aussi grill. Seul petit bémol, les placards étaient vides, non équipés en assiettes, verres, couverts etc...nous avons dû les demander.

La ubicación excelente. El personal muy servicial y atento. Habitaciones limpias y en buen estado.

Habia una luz alrededor de la cama que se prendía solo en media de la noche y no dejaba dormir bien. Entiendo que funciona con un sensor y que esa luz es útil para las personas que se levantan en la noche al baño y demás. Pero creo que el usuario debería activar o desactivar esa función en la habitación. Es el único detalle, de resto todo excelente

Reception staff were very cordial and helpful at all times, even late at night. Valet staff were helpful and very friendly. The cleaning staff were so polite and attentive but also giving me privacy. Oh, I forgot that they have the most comfortable pillows. You can purchase them and have them shipped home. I bought 10! I did not want to leave the room because of those pillows. Look up Iris Hotel pillow reviews online. They also have a washer and dryer on every other floor! Overall the stay was very chill and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely staying there again. Thanks to everyone at the Iris Hotel Brookline!

Nothing, everything was great!

I was assigned a room designed for guests with disabilities (which I did not request). The shower has no enclosed cabin and no curtain to prevent water from spreading. I asked to change rooms, but there was no availability.
