FRThe breakfast was the best we had in south america Rooms were beautifully designed and well equipped bed was super comfortable we were able to work remotely from there You've already seen in previous reviews that the apartment is part of a restaurant so the music does play loud but it didnt bother us too much given the quality of everything else

USUSThe greetings from the staff were wonderful. They were so helpful and accommodating. When you step into the building you feel like you’ve entered a whole different world, the decor was warm and inviting. The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. Not having to travel for delicious food was a plus as well!
CHCHLoved the design, very spacious bedroom and kitchen. The breakfast and cafe staff are absolutely amazing!! The location is great and we really enjoyed staying there.
When we arrived there was no hot water or heat and the address of the place in the booking listing is incorrect. The cafe staff very quickly fixed the heat and water the next morning as they were already gone when we areived the night before. It is quite noisy from the cafe below and the dogs outside. The stairs are quite tedious with luggage but the bar staff is always happy to help.

Difficult to find - may be need to complain to booking.com …street number of not indicated and also not that unit is above a restaurant. Driver had to call landlord and ask for direction - however, when we arrived there was nobody around to assist you. People sitting in the restaurant looked at us and told us that this is a restaurant not a hotel… i tried to call the landlord but no answer. Meanwhile our driver left and i also couldnt reach the driver to call again the landlord….
CAThe staff were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. We could always hear a great playlist of music coming from the cafe downstairs. The included breakfast was very generous and delicious. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
Nothing at all, but just be aware that you are staying above a cafe and there is typically music playing from 8:30am to 9:30pm (except Mondays they are closed). It didn't really bother us, but the staff also said they could lower the volume if needed.
