I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally, showing complete disregard for guests’ safety and comfort. The property itself was in a terrible state — dirty walls, unclean toiletries, unhygienic rooms, and extremely poor lighting. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money despite my confirmed online booking. Shockingly, they even cancelled my booking at midnight, leaving me stranded in an unknown city. As a female traveller, this was not only inconvenient but also deeply distressing and unsafe. This was pure harassment, and no guest should ever be subjected to such treatment. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not value customer safety, hygiene, or professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable.
