Likes the sea view love the pub and restaurant next door then we're amazing food was good and lovely to sit outside where we stayed had a patio but never seen anybody sitting out there yes it was windy but didn't stop having anybody sitting everywhere else even down in the town so like I said if you're a coach load of people mainly not being funny oaps you probably love this

The room smell musty the how the hotel very outdated needs a complete reamp it's okay if you're a certain age a room was what right above the entertainment which was mostly bingo and very good singer it echoed in how our room so if you wanted an early night because you were tired you couldn't music finish around 11 o'clock at night when we checked in the receptionist was very chatty but the rest of the time not one member of reception team say good morning or spoke to you when you came downstairs or came through the door which I found was quite rude definitely wouldn't be recommended in this paid for breakfast but didn't even attempt to go a sort of the recommendations said it wasn't very good wasn't worth the money

A very great location and nice hotel but l cannot comment on the breakfast because their breakfast time was 08:30 and l had to leave before that time . No arrangement was made for us to have breakfast that l paid for

It was a bit of struggle to access the shower room because the bed is to close to the door . Moreover, the shower glass door is broken and flimsy. Most importantly, we had to leave earlier for my schedule before breakfast time and l was not given any pack food either cold or snack to eat . I paid for the breakfast with my booking but unfortunately their breakfast time was 08:30 which was too late to serve breakfast.

Location was great, staff were very helpful, polite and professional.

Room was okay, view out to sea nice, that's the only positives

We booked a family room as have an adult daughter with learning disabilities who needs one to one support. Also chose a family room as believed it would be quieter, to cater for families who may have young children. The evening entertainment, which we were informed of on arrival started at 9pm and shook our room (Room 109) as it was so loud (and I'm not exaggerating) for 2 hours, meaning that we didn't get any sleep. This was followed by gangs of revellers from the seashore festival returning in the early hours talking loudly and generally hanging out in the corridors for a prolonged period of time. In the very early hours one of the guests was unfortunately attacked by someone which was then followed by hours of loud discussions by other guests in the corridor way into the early hours until dawn break. We were so exhausted, by morning, that my wife suffered a severe vertigo attack (Re-occuring medical problem which is exasperated by lack of sleep), leaving her unable to move without being violently ill. Unfortunately the staff were unable to help us as they needed the room for the next guests and the only allowance they gave us was an extra 30 minutes in the room after our checkout time. I appreciate it was extremely busy due to the event on over the weekend, however, there is a duty of care, which was clearly not evident by the staff as money for bookings and clearing rooms for the next guests was far more important. Dreadful!
