Safety & Maintenance: The bathroom door is broken. We were repeatedly locked inside, which is a significant safety hazard. Hygiene & Cleanliness: * The toilet appeared unwashed upon our arrival. The shower was extremely dirty (please see the attached photo). The bedside mat was visibly soiled and unhygienic. There was a large spider on the wall, suggesting the room had not been properly dusted or inspected. Amenities: This morning, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. It was nearly impossible to wash properly (please see the attached video for reference).

We had no breakfast

When you enter the premises you have to hoot. The shower still needs to be worked on. The toilet ran out of water, but on the other equipments such as sink, washing base and shower were having water. Eventually
