The apartment itself was generally fine, well located, and we had no problems checking in or accessing the property upon arrival.

There were several issues during our stay that made the experience disappointing overall. The towels were yellowish, stained from previous use, and some were even torn. The bathroom also had visible mold in several corners, which made it feel less clean than expected. The hot water knob was missing, forcing us to shower with extremely hot water without any possibility to adjust the temperature. We informed the host about this on the second day, but we never received any response and our message was ignored. There was no towel rack or proper place to hang towels, so we had to leave them hanging around the apartment. The bathroom door would not close properly, and the shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate very easily while showering. For 4 people staying 4 days, only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were provided, which was not enough. The checkout experience was also unpleasant. We understand that checkout was at 11:00 as stated in the listing, but we briefly stepped out to buy something and by 11:10 we were already receiving an aggressive call asking us to leave immediately. A bit more patience and courtesy would have been appreciated. Overall, the apartment has potential because of its location, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and communication with the host need improvement.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. La limpieza y la comodidad un 10. El apartamento está muy equipado y tiene aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien.

El apartamento está a pie de calle por lo que escuchas sonidos de ella en todo momento. Le falta un toallero para secar las toallas. El colchón de la cama es un poco incómodo pero todo lo demás perfecto, volvería a alojarme sin dudarlo.

There is no central heating. We used the air conditioning devices and still it was cold. Very cold.
