View, clean, beautiful modern home

My sister and I were travelling the North Island of NZ and this was our favourite accommodation we stayed in throughout the duration of our trip. The property was lovely, modern, secure and clean and the setting was picturesque. We made use of the hot tub overlooking the lake every evening, taking in the view of the sun dipping over the mountains, or the twinkling stars overhead, or lights of Kinloch on the hillside opposite, as we enjoyed the warmth of 41 degrees, pre set and running for us daily. The only down side, aside from having to leave, was that we had not received all details because International Roaming was not on, on our phones, unless we had wifi connection. We reached out for the wifi password, (and the owner was very responsive and lovely to deal with) as there was no hard copy compendium on site. We would recommend putting a compendium about the property inside for ease of access for guests.

Large house very spacious with many extras great communication from hosts many very thoughtful extras throughout the house. We will stay here again

I can't rate this home more highly it was absolutely stunning, warm and cosy yet soo spacious, the spa overlooking the lake and seeing the milky way at night was so special. Then the beautiful sunrise in the morning. This home was so clean had everything you needed and more, so close to the lake, basketball court and playground just up the hill and delicious takeaways 5min drive. Such a friendly neighborhood. We will definitely be back this has been one of our most memorable stays so far and the communication from Carl and Penny was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your home with us, an absolute slice of paradise.
