The Larimar Suite

Beautifully presented property- comfortable beds and even a sofa bed for extra guests. Very clean on arrival, has everything you need and the host was in contact regularly providing us with information before arriving. Only about a 5 min drive from Piccadilly station so great location too.

The only thing was that the property could be quite cold at times due to it being quite a large space, the radiators got very hot but the rooms were still quite cold as it only lasts for up to 4 hours at one time. Beautiful place and lovely stay other than that x

Good location, well presented. The high ceilings gave it a great sense of space. Comfortable beds, Tabs in every room. The kitchen was perfectly usable. It’s pretty good value for a just off city centre. The two bedrooms are similar in size with one having the en-suite.

No hot water on arrival, which was frustrating as it was late, so cold shower. I followed the instructions to turn it on but still no hot water in the morning, so I checked the control and realised it was isolated, so despite the instructions saying only touch one button this couldn’t bring on the immersion heaters. So one more cold shower, after which no further problem. It’s electric heating too, on a run down timer so you have to remember to click them on when you are there, and every couple of hours. Not a big thing but easily resolved by a presence sensor, and they are more efficient. No fault of the host but the fire alarm went off so I got to meet my neighbours having speedily dressed. It was just less than an hour until the brigade let us back in and as is usual it was a false alarm. Remote for one of the bedroom TVs couldn’t be found, and that TV was turning on with the living room remote. The first night I thought it was noisy neighbours and it wasn’t until the morning I realised the TV was on. Switched it off only to find it back on again in the evening when I went though the hall. After the third re-start I realised what was happening so unplugged it.

Recommended stay. Great space, very clean and all the facilities you need.

Good location, well equipped apartment, spacious. Felt secure given so many codes to get in. Helpful and responsive staff via Booking chat.

Some noise from the road given apartment is slightly below pavement level. TV remote in living room activates all TVs in bedrooms - a bit perturbing when you don’t expect it :)

Clean, good location and very secure.

There is no door on the ensuite bathroom and no hot water.
