Luxury studio apartment, Beckenham

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Bathroom was quite large for a small apartment and had very modern and beautiful amenities. Located close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet residential area

Lovely apartment, close to Elmers End Station. In a nice quiet street. Spotlessly clean with ideal facilities - nice small kitchen with all you need for a few days stay. Beautiful bathroom with fab shower - good large sized. Although the mattress on bed was quite firm - not what I am used to - I slept really well. Overall great accommodation in a good location - easy to get to London and was within walking distance to where I have family so will recommend to others who would want to stay in the area. Owners were very responsive and helpful too.

Nothing really that I didn't like. All I can think of is that it could have done with a hairdryer but wasn't the end of the world!

Decent price and a good location in a quiet Beckenham-adjacent suburb. The rooms were well appointed and, if one was staying for an extended period, the kitchen would be an asset. After an issue with entry (via the obligatory coded key safe), the owner came out to sort it out, meaning that I didn't have too long a wait to gain ingress. The walk-in shower/wet-room is a nice touch.

As with many converted houses, the layout is a bit weird: sealed doors, a truncated dining area in the corridor, direct access to the room from the side-return of the house via a full-length glass door etc. The fitted sheet had a stain and the bed itself was set into some weird storage/wardrobe arrangement which left a large gap between the top of the bed and the wall. I filled it with pillows to avoid slipping down behind the bed, possibly into another dimension. As mentioned, there was an issue with the key box code. I was given the code but it didn't work. When the owner turned up, he realised that the numbers given had 2 of the digits transposed. Although this was an inconvenience, I have to commend the owner on his polite and efficient help. He clearly cares about providing good service.

Very little not to not like.

Property is on a nice quiet street so very peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and quite spacious, lovely bathroom and a great little kitchen also. TV with Netflix available which was great and good Wi-Fi. Easy to walk to Beckenham high street too from the property. Host was very responsive to messages and answered any questions. Would definitely stay again when I’m the area.

The room was falsely advertised, only had one small bed, kitchenette wasn't up and and ready, tv didn't work, heating didn't work. Communication with accommodation and with booking.com didn't help. I didn't start at the property in checked out immediately and didn't get a penny back. Both parties blamed one another. Do not book this property.

False advertising and nothing worked and communication was not good, no problem was resolved.

Convenient location at attractive price. Clean, comfortable, easy parking, reasonably close to shops. Felt secure. Studio mainly decorated to good standard. Would consider staying again.
