GBGBGBGBBeautiful location, remote and quiet, exactly what i was looking for. A very well equipped hut, literally cant think of anything else we could've wanted, all the little extra's were unexpected but gratefully recieved, milk, yum yum's, torches. bed was so comfy we both slept really well, which is a little unusual for us tbh! Didnt realise there was a tv in the hut, unexpected bonus! the photos on booking.com are exactly how it is.
there were no cows to say hello too :(
GBThe little touches that make the property. It was so good to get in after travelling for 5 hours to have a cup of tea with decent teabags, proper milk and a cheeky luxary biccie. The bed was huge and comfortable and the view/peace was just stunning.
Everything was perfect
GBWe stayed at the Lazy Shepherd whilst attending an event at the Bath and West showground. This was an excellent retreat from the busy ness whilst being very convenient. The hut is on a quiet lane and there are a number of walks to be done from it. We did one which gave excellent views.
GBWow, what an awesome stay. Love the quiet location. The cows are a fab bonus - they sure know how to make you feel welcome :). The hut is cosy & well appointed. The extra's that you provide are great & much appreciated. Maybe a hook or 2 for hanging jackets? The BBQ barn is fantastic as it allowed us to BBQ undercover whilst it poured with rain. We love the fact that this hut isn't surrounded by other huts/accommodation. You feel closer to nature. The bathroom/kitchen is a great size and well appointed. The whole site is clean & tidy and the "daisy hill" is simply gorgeous.
