Hotel Zemo Aragvi

Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Комната, санузел все было чисто и уютно. Завтрак был домашним и вкусным. Нам все понравилась. Особенно вид с балкона на горы очень красиво.

It’s not ur usual hotel.. We had taken 3 rooms as were two families 4 adults two teenagers & two kids.. the staff was really nice & friendly.. we had taken a whole floor for us all & we felt like we were staying at our own home.. The hot water pressure was great in the shower.. They didn’t have halal food & tried to accommodate us which was really sweet of them.. the heating was good we were always warm.. The manager or owner whom we didn’t meet was nice & also when we forgot an item he helped us get it back.. Even though we had some out of the normal experience but we had such a great time & will always remember the laughs & happy moments we shared..

The bedding was harsh & the pillows were old & flat.. they didn’t change the bed sheets our whole stay.. from the start the sheets didn’t smell good.. our room didn’t have blackout at all.. they dont give out water bottles at all like hotels usually do.. also no free coffee or tea.. the rooms always had dust bunnies although they said they cleaned it… When they cooked the whole floor smelled which was annoying.. Lack of bathroom tissue rolls / hand tissues.. We really like the place but they need on making the place better for the future..

Staff and the owner were friendly and helpful throughout our whole check in and did everything to make our stay comfortable.
