The old town location was nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were secure. The common area was comfortable. The tea was good. The reception used google translate to communicate.

The lighting in the room was poor - too low on the wall - no lights above waist level. The breakfast was not ready on time, wasting time that could have been spent visiting. WiFi signal was weak and was unplugged for part of the stay. The A/C leaked onto the bathroom floor causing a slippery floor. The reception did not speak any English though the Lonely Planet implied that it was spoken there. The rooftop restaurant was closed. There were no glasses or drinking water in the room.

No proper parking. We came with a big car, and need to park at nearby parking lot (paid 100 lira for overnight park) The stairs, definitely not suitable for senior people or those with knee issues

The location was nera the center and the parking was ok.

There were noises and music until late every night, the shower wasbroken.

Even though English was lacking, the staff was very hospitable and knew what the guests needed. Tours to nearby places such as Harran could be arranged here, which was great. The location was also noteworthy as it is central and close to plenty of places worth seeing.

The hot water was very unreliable - I stayed here three nights, and only one time did I experience hot water actually coming out. The blankets were also on the thin side, and given that it wasn't summer anymore, some extra blankets would actually be appreciated.

The guest house is in a great location. The staff were friendly and helped us. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The central courtyard is beautiful with shrubs and water feature to provide a cool sanctuary from the heat.
