Location and cleanliness. Had everything we needed for the five nights stay. Clean and modern. Our early check in was accommodated - which was great.

Was a bit noisy from people partying outside at night on Friday and Saturday. Sunday was quiet. But I guess that’s the price to pay for convenient location.

Dachwohnung in einem Altbau ganz zentral 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Piazza Maggiore gelegen. Freundliches, helles Ambiente, bequemes Bett, gute Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr freundliches Personal.

Bereits Ende April bei mäßigen Temperaturen sehr warm in der Wohnung, Lüftung und Klimatisierung schafft nur unzureichende Abhilfe. Bei innenliegendem Bad ist dieses sehr feucht und es riecht nach schimmel. Diese Dinge sind durch die Architektur bedingt und die Tatsache dass es eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung ist und man kann wahrscheinlich nicht viel daran ändern.

Far too hot inside. Could not open windows. Lacke microwave oven.

Location is good and clothes washer is easy to use. There is no dryer, but things seem to dry quickly on the rack in Bologna. The elevator (although slow) goes all the way to level of the apartment with only a few small steps at the bottom. Our main contact person, Monika, was nice and responsive. The apartment is clean and pleasant.

This apartment is very high in the building, just under the roof. The air conditioning was broken for our entire 5-day stay. We reported the problem on the first night, but it was never fixed. After another night, they gave us a fan, but that was it. The only windows are two small skylights that cannot be opened when it is raining (or if you are out and it might rain). Having them open when you are trying to sleep can also be problematic because the street has many restaurants and bars and can sometimes be very noisy at night. It was early in the summer and we were OK most nights (with the skylights open), but they really need to fix the AC. Monika works about 25 hours per week for the rental agency. When she was off duty, they were not as responsive. Being right under the roof means that you have to be careful not to hit your head on the roof beams. We managed to avoid doing that, but I would not recommend this place for very tall people.
