Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu

Hotel is dated and absolutely not International 5 star standard, more a local 4 star hotel.

Lack of facilities, interior and exterior, outdated and no cozy bars and restaurants.

Great Staff. Good facilities. Nice room.

Nice balance between the pool, the grassy area and the beach.

Das Personal ist fantastisch, vor allem GUIA, BG und FER. Auch das Frühstück ist üppig und abwechslungsreich, auch der Cappuccino ist mit einem extra Shot ziemlich gut. Das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem, dss Zimmer selbst modern. Pluspunkt: Es gibt Netflix aufm TV (mit eigenem Account einloggen).

Kein Gratiswasser, weder auf dem Zimmer noch sonst wo. Zwei Mal war der Tisch am Abend bei der Show trotz Reservation nicht bereit. Die weissen, grossen Stühle in der Lobby sehen toll aus, sie sind aber sehr unbequem. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovation ist fällig. Schade gibt es kein Mövenpick Eis (der GM erzählte mir, dass der Importeur mit Covid-19 aufhörte; mit Direktimport ans Singapur müsste das Hotel einen ganzen Container bestellen, was verständlicherweise viel zu viel wäre).

The buffets were really good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. Chocolate happy hour was a nice touch. It was affordable compared to some of the higher end hotels nearby given that it was Chinese NY and Valentines. Decent rooms for the price paid.

The hotel was a little worn, lots of dripping aircons, the towels were worn etc. There were developments going on by the beach area. The service was poor - while the staff were very polite and friendly, most orders had to be followed up and were often served incomplete. Examples included breakfast coffee, drinks served with dinner, and particularly poor was the services at the beach and pool. The staff seemed to be undertrained considering this is supposed to be a relatively high end hotel and the drinks etc were expensive this was not good enough.

ロケーションが最高でした。1月末にいきましたが、雨もなく人もすくなったためゆっくり過ごせました。 また何よりスタッフの愛想がもともてよかったです。 笑顔で返事してくれたり、質問する際に英語が咄嗟に出てこなくても、「ゆっくりで大丈夫ですよ」という雰囲気が伝わりました。

特にありません。 最高でした。静かで広くてゆっくりできました！
