The room was damp, no room service, only one bulb in name of light, bathroom taps broken, no tissue paper, no shower, no stool to sit and bath, flush not working... We complained but it was not solved. No TV...Very hard pillow... Overall very unclean and pathetic stay... Just wanted to run away from this room.

Location was good

Rooms were not clean, hygiene was not maintained, drinking water was full of mud, every time bath water was getting empty. Not recommended to others.

not So great but reasonable and Staff was Good

I want to acknowledge the exceptional hospitality offered by the staff, who happen to be twin brothers with a friendly demeanor. Their ability to effortlessly cater to various visitors is truly commendable.

It was only a one-night stay for us. We expected a misty view from the terrace area, but it couldn't happen because access to the terrace area was blocked due to other visitors staying in the dormitory. However, it was not an issue; if I asked the staff, they could provide the same for us.
