Coto Island Beach Village Homestay

Homestay is near a very beautiful beach. Worthy for a wonderful vacation

Room was clean and bed comfortable

We stayed at the Coto Island Homestay for 3 nights and it was quite the adventure! Coto Island is gorgeous and it's definitely worth using the scooters to travel around and explore. While we were there a typhoon was passing on its way to China and because of this our trip home was delayed. No boats were allowed to leave the island; however, the staff were extremely helpful in booking us for the next day, and keeping us updated on the situation. We made some great friends with others staying there including the sweetest little dog.

Trang and Diep are very nice, they helped me rent a motorbike and guided me to beautiful places on the island (very beautiful).

Trang and her staff were absolutely amazing. Typhoon Samba came through and the government closed the port so we couldn’t leave the island, Trang help us out with everything we needed and organised for us to stay longer and gave us good and coffee.

Everything was ok

- Nice house, small but tidy room. Mostly self service, brought me a like-home vibe. Traveled off season so price was really good. - The location is awesome for anyone who love quiet and chilling place. I highly recommend you to go to Hong Van beach (10min walking from the homestay) to see the sun rise, it worths every minute of you.

Our stay at eco lodge was very comfortable, beds were super comfy and the whole place was immaculate. Trang made us feel very welcome and provided some delicious food..she and her husband also helped us out a lot with getting to and from the island, since we don't speak the language. The lodge is a short bike-ride away from the town and a 10 minute walk to the beach

We left early because it was out of season and the weather wasn't great on the island but there was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Its proximity to the beach Bike facility, food, balcony The host , Minh, is a great guy The whole stay exp itself - We met Minh's friends and watched vietnam vs indo football match, on the first day, while we ate hot pot food, drank million beers , and smoked pipe Minh in fact booked our cab from Hanoi to van Don/ cairong pier and also gave all info about the boat ride seamlessly The second day we took the bike and went all over the island and took some mad awesome pics. The landscapes and ocean scenery are to die for. Later in the evening we had all kinds of sea food at uy thanh restaurant which was suggested by Minh and we had a great experience. Later we gathered at the homestay balcony and drank some million beers again. The next day when we were leaving Minh gave me and my friend each one of his paintings.

Water in the bathroom was a bit hard, may be that's because it's an island Room was a bit less warm so for me it felt a bit cold and i was in 2,3 layers of clothes all the time
