No one came for cleaning in 6 days, we had to use only one towel for 6 days. Can you imagine.

The property was excellent, a full sized 3 bed house in an apartment. It was clean w great facilities, including the kitchen, dining, bathrooms, washing machine and Netflix access. Location was very central. Communication was fantastic.

We both got into the small lift with our bags and arrived in a tiny hall, I struggled to open the door and got claustrophobic so my husband had to squeeze passed me. We should have gone up the stairs first and opened the apartment and seen the different door w access to the lift. We used the stairs which was fine to the 3rd level after that.

Having to use my phone for the front door was inconvenient as I was traveling with a group and I was the only one with access.
