The location was brilliant, the owner very helpfull and place fantastic

A little bit humidity but with air conditioning moderated

It's a smaller but a very cozy flat in the very center of Ortigia, everything was perfect there. The host was simply amazing, we had our wedding anniversary and she prepared us a cake and left us a bottle of sparkling wine, it was incredibly nice of her! I would without any doubts reccomend it to anyone who's planning to have a short stay in Ortigia! Thank you!

Location to the old heart of town.

It has a problem with damp that the owners try to cover up with over-powering scents and oils. There is too much clutter and far too many soft furnishings that only contribute to the musty nature of the property. It is difficult to access the bathroom sink as there is a protruding tub full of cleaning materials. This is not a B&B! If you are happy eating sweet packaged biscuits and lollies and confectionary style cream desserts then I suppose this is a breakfast for you. I have no idea why you would hide lollies all over the apartment as decorations. The front door doesn't open enough, the key to the lock is very temperamental and the washing machine leaves your clothes smelling weird.

Tasteful design of the apartment. Very good location. Good bedding including for the sofa bed. Flat was very clean.

Very good location, a cozy place that’s big enough for a short stay and a good host.

If it would have had a door and window that would reduce the noise more it would have been a 10. It’s just that we had garbage collection and someone throwing away a bag of bottles that woke us up at 6am, even with earplugs. But overall it is quiet. Just the only thing I would improve

Sometimes there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
