Nice hotel to stay

Staffs should take care of the guests little bit more kindl and affection. They need extra training in handling guests. otherwise OK

Le personnel était très poli et aidant. Les chambres étaient confortables. Nous étions arrivés tard dans la nuit, le restaurant était fermé, ils nous ont servi un repas dans la chambre ce qui était appréciable car nous avions des enfants.

Location is very close to the rope car station-

Second time at this property. Property was good first time when I visited in 2023 but now I feel that the quality in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of the property has gone down. Room was ok but corridor was dusty and there was an opening on the ceiling. For the price this is not value for money
