Unfortunately had a bit of a ant problem but other than it was really a comfortable stay.

Great price. Wifi was strong. The condo was beautiful on the inside. Everything you could need it had. Both hosts were pleasant and very helpful. They helped us with a rental car, Phoenix Rental, amazing service!

The location was hard to find. It's tucked away on a dirt road, no visible signs, no lights, and in the middle of abandoned homes/construction. To be fair the host was waiting on us to arrive which was appreciated. Tiny ants. Don't leave anything on the floor. They will crawl.

Very very clean... Very very spacious! Location!

I am very disappointed with your service. I contacted the hotel for pick up when I landed at the Providenciales airport. I was told that I didn't pay for my reservation, so the room was no longer available. I told them, I was there and I need a place to stay for the night, I proposed to them to charge the credit card that was used for the reservation, but they said not to come to their establishment. I told them I had cash with me, willing to pay them and I was told the room was already assigned to another guest, and there was no room available. I did not stay at this hotel because my room was given. Poor quality service.

I had the lower floor of the house, and the apartment was fantastic. Huge kitchen an dining area with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, anything you could wish for. Adjacent living room with sofa, chairs, large flat screen tv, two bedrooms with double beds (maybe queen, not sure). Very good bathroom, air conditioning in all rooms. It was rather expensive for one person, but it can easily accommodate four people, and then, it's not expensive at all. Very friendly host, very quick to reply when you write to him and also giving good advice on shopping and sightseeing on the islands.

Had a little trouble finding it, because I misunderstood the instructions. It mentions the property next door (Villa Amelia), because Water Front House doesn't have a sign outside and went first to Villa Amelia. The surroundings could be a little more inviting (because plants or so). The location with perfect for a quite holiday, but I need a car as it is far away from everything. But with a car, Providenciales is a great holiday destination with lots of restaurants and I loved my stay on the island an in the house and will very likely come back and certainly rent this house again.

The house was exactly what we thought it was going to be. Off the beating path, quiet, and comfortable. There were many necessity items there for us that we didn’t need to buy. Condiments, toiletries, spices, etc. We left the items we bought while there and didn’t use. The property was clean and very easy to access. The owners had great communication with us, the check in/out was seamless. They made sure we knew where we could shop, suggested a rental vehicle, beaches and other local attractions. Loved that we had WiFi, a smart tv, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling equipment and all inside linens provided for us. If you want to explore the island without paying resort fees, this is a great spot. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our favorite beach was Taylor Bay. We planned our own excursion every day and had a jeep as a rental vehicle.

The one AC unit had broken shortly before we arrived. They provided a fan and using the back two bedroom AC units with the fan, it was comfortable enough.

I had a great stay and the host was amazing. Great communication before the arrival and he came by during my stay to check in with me. He gave me some great advice for the island and he really cared about me having an enjoyable stay here. The property is in a quiet area pretty central of the island, I always felt safe and everything was easy to reach by car which is definitely needed for the stay there. The place was super clean and it had everything I needed from towels, cooking utensils, laundry and many little details. I stayed at the place myself, which was kind of a waste, since it has 2 rooms, plus a pull out couch, the rooms are nice and the living room which kitchen has lots of space. Thank you for the great stay and I can definitely recommend the place as a much cheaper option compare to all the expensive hotels on the island.

Nice location just off the outskirts of everything. Tucked off with a nice water view in the back.
