It was very clean, cozy and in the heart of the center Great communication with the hosts

In general, everything was close to perfect! 1. The place is in the middle of Alexandroupoli, about 50 meters walking distance to the lighthouse. 2. The building and the apartment are new, furniture is in great condition, very clean, it felt like home to us. 3. It is very spacious for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids): there are 2 rooms, one bathroom, one living room with open kitchen, and a spacious balcony (for 2) overlooking the nice street. 4. All appliances are in great and working condition. 5. There were cookies, tea, coffee, water in the fridge as gift, everything was great! 6. Wi-fi is flawless. 7. House is very warm thanks to easy controlled thermometer on the wall.

Okay, not that we didn't like however, I want to leave couple of suggestions to make the place even better: 1, cutting blades: there are table knives, but no cutting blades to cut food. In general, kitchen appliances can me enriched. 2. bottle opener: there were no bottle openers (not for sodas nor for wine), we had to use ours we happened to find in our car. 3. hair dryer: does not work in the bathroom's electrical outlet; we thought it was not working; however, it worked in the kitchen area's outlet. Bathroom's outlet may need service. 4. fridge: makes a big sound, not a problem for us, however, can be a problem for others; it may be a good idea to get a service. 5. parking: as the place is in the middle of the city, parking is hard; I needed to get around each night about 20-30 min.s to find a parking spot. You can park on the street in designated areas, then go to a kiosk and buy "parking cartes"; 1 is good for 1 hour and costs 0.40 Euros (Jan 2025). You scratch the month, day, and time on each. I bought a handful of them to ensure I don't get a parking ticket. You need to have these carts from 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM, after 8:00 PM parking is free.

It is in the middle of everything . Perfect location . 5 minutes walk to everywhere you might want to visit

We stayed here with my husband and two children in October. An apartment with a balcony, in a very good location in the center of Alexandroupoli, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, with brand new kitchenware and a clean interior. We were very pleased with our stay, we will choose this place again on our next visit to Dedeagac, thank you Lliana
