Everything have been awesome. The place is magic, the people are wonderful. The room are better than in the photos the same as swimming pool. And it is so so clean!!!

Il posto è semplicemente incredibile, le camere sono gigantesche e comodissime, con una vista mozzafiato che sembra di essere in un'oasi. Il silenzio e la tranquillità sono perfetti per rilassarsi. Consiglio di fare colazione e cena direttamente in hotel, perché è lì che si può davvero godere della natura e dell'atmosfera rilassante del posto. Il cibo è ottimo e il servizio è impeccabile. In sintesi, se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e godervi la natura, questo hotel è la scelta perfetta. Lo consiglio a tutti! Comodo anche per il safari a Yala!

Out of the 10 places we stayed at during our trip across Sri Lanka, Four Chalets Yala was by far the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towels – such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The two hosts – a lovely lady at reception and a gentleman who looked after us – were exceptional. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask their names, but their professionalism and genuine warmth left a lasting impression. The other staff members were also great. What we truly appreciated was that we never once felt pressured into extra services or reviews; their approach was natural, authentic, and sincere, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The chalets themselves suited our personality perfectly – modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Every detail seemed well thought out. The food was good, and the portions were generous. Adding to the charm was the resident family of monkeys around the property. They complimented the natural surroundings beautifully and made the experience even more memorable Overall, this stay stood out as a highlight of our entire trip. We felt very relaxed there. Four Chalets Yala combines comfort, design, and heartfelt hospitality in a way that’s rare to find. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yala and would absolutely return without hesitation.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wirklich pudelwohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig man hat eine kleine Terrasse und alles ist sauber geputzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Leiter der Unterkunft war problemlos, er organisierte uns ohne viel Aufwand außerdem auch tolle Safari.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Essen. Gerade das Frühstück ist sehr sparsam bemessen, auch die Portionen vom Abendessen eher klein. In unseren Augen wird man davon kaum satt. Auch das Personal sollte noch etwas geschult werden, wir hatten zum Abendessen nur Wasser und erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage unsererseits konnten Getränke bestellt werden.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Pool war fabelhaft und hatte einen schönen Gartenblick.

Das Essen war nicht überwältigend doch für ein Ausflug in den Yala Nationalpark war es die perfekte Unterkunft
