RoVí Garden House

The property was gorgeously appointed, extremely clean and in a fabulous location. The building felt safe and secure. Air Conditioning was installed and worked the best we’ve had in Italy, and the hosts were outstanding. I cannot recommend this property more, we wish we stayed longer and we are definitely returning next year.

Everything was AMAZING

The apartment is located perfectly in the middle, so it’s a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the beach and a short walk to Bari Vecchia (Old Town) - about 20 minutes on foot. It’s also really close to the central station (1 km). And if you don’t like walking, then you can easily take a bus. The shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The seaside promenade is very close. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. It was really nice that there was an umbrella to take to the beach. The AC works perfectly and in the middle of July it is very important. The wifi connection was really fast. The host is very kind and really makes sure that guests have all they need, good contact, responds very fast to any questions. We arrived pretty late in the evening and he picked us up from Bari Centrale and took us to the apartment. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely apartment in Bari. What truly made our experience exceptional was the passion Roberto has for his work. His dedication and warmth were evident from the moment we arrived, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bari! It is nicer than in the pictures.

The host couple are very friendly and nice. The host fellow exchanged messages with us a lot. The apartment is quiet, spacious and in a relatively good location. It is with an very old style. It is okay for a short stay.

The kitten is very poorly equipped. Everything is plastic including cups and plates.(feels like a hospital) ; Netflix doesn't work in real. No cooking oil there. You definitely can't cook any meals. The winter garden has very strange style and has fake plastic green grass it's no pleasure to sit there. The bedroom ceiling has an very obvious big water leakage stain. But what we really don't like is the host was chasing after me after our stay. He wrote me many messages (which is quiet annoying) to request a "10 out of 10 excellent" review for him as a "personal favor". I had to block him in the end as he send me so many messages and he started to get upset when I didn't want to reply his unreasonable request. What a strange host! This is definitely not right behavior. As a host, of course it's okay to ask the guest to leave a good review but not forcing them to give an excellent review. I want to write an honest one instead of misleading people who relay on other reviews to choose their stay . As I myself rely on other people's reviews from booking.com. Now I know why this apartment got so many good reviews. It's a very strange feeling being in such a situation. I would genuinely think this apartment max is a 7 out of 10 not 10/10. It's fine for a short stay but definitely not a luxurious one as the reviews claimed. ............. After seeing the host wrote back such a dishonest reply, I am speechless. I had to drop the point from 7 to 2. I wish I had all the screenshots of our conversation. He is such a liar and made up all the stories about the waiting time for us; 16 coffee capsules, toilet paper and the stolen wine. I am just shaking my head and couldn't believe such a nasty person exists. I never wrote bad reviews for booking of our choice of stays. I had many good experiences with different hosts. I just wish booking have a way to punish such a dishonest host.

I was here with my friend, I was a little bit nervous, but the property exceeded our expectations. The apartment is cozy, spacious and clean and it has everything you would need for daily activities (we sometimes like to stay in and cook). The placement is perfect, the area is quiet and at walking distance from the old town (10-15 minutes). If you rent a car, there are a lot of parking spots in the street (1 eur/h zone), but finding one might be a little difficult if you are not good at parking in tight places like me and arrive after 7 pm, because this is a residential area (sometimes we would circle the area a few times to find parking), but if you want to be on the safe side, there are a few parking garages nearby. Also, the host is very sweet and helpful, if you need anything he will jump in.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like, we were pleasantly surprised with this property.

Location in quiet neighborhood, near to local bus stations and short walk to city center. Beach promenade very near. Coffee machine is big plus for morning time. Bed was very very comfortable. Bathroom looks newly renovated, and nice equipped

Everything was OK. Small suggestion, put one bottle of water to fridge. It is nice gesture for guests.

A cosy apartment very close to the city center, the central station and the beach. It was very quite during the night. The landlords were very kind and helpful during our stay. I truly recommend it for a shorter stay in Bari.
