Location

I booked room with balcony, BUT when i checked in, i was given room without balcony!!. When i refused to accept the room and demanded to change the room to room with balcony, they refused with reasoning that room with balcony are fully booked… i was so furious on why booking.com sold me room with balcony when that rooms are fully booked???…when i told front office staff that i want to call booking.com to complain… suddently & magically out of nowhere…, room with balcony is now available and i can now changed my room!!!…, when i checked out on second day, front office charged me for the towel, because there is possibility that the stain cannot be cleaned and i need to pay for the towel… when i asked them to give that stained towel since i am paying for it… they refused!.. very confident that the stained is easily cleaned!.. the fact that,they charged me for the ‘stained’ towel and refused to give me that towel eventhough i have paid for it , and gave me wrong room and lied to me that balcony room are fully booked is ‘ringing the bell’ that this hotel will try to make as much money as they can from you… So guys, pkease beware!, as for me, i will not stay here anymore!

Modern, clean and simple setting. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There is a water dispenser in the hallway for guest use which is very convenient.

Shower water pressure a bit too low. Only given one room card to use for 2 person.
