For the price of 55 lari that was offered to me – 10 out of 10. Improving the quality of cleaning and overall service (infrastructure at the entrance, coordination with guests, leisure and entertainment offerings) will rapidly increase the value of the product (the apartment).

The apartment is big and nicely located. The host was waiting for us to give the key.

The apartment is badly maintained. Shower cabin is dirty and looks like never cleaned, towels are grey due to frequent washing and have holes, dirty torn curtains, the front door doesn't work well. The noise coming from the cafe opposite the complex will not give you a chance to relax. The music will be blaring from evening until morning.
