Central gorgeous flat with parking

Very clean and spacious

No lift which we didn't know beforehand and had to walk up three flights with someone who had poor mobility. The second bed wasn't a double but more a big single.

Found it very inconvenient to have to drive 12 mins away to collect keys for property

In a great central location, this is a lovely airy apartment with the benefit of a parking space.

Where to start. I had a generic email from the letting agency asking for feedback. On completing ( in detail in the hope they might improve things for other renters) and clicking send I got a page unknown notification. So, I’ll try here. There is so much to like but I wouldn’t recommend unless you are prepared for a great rigmarole in trying to get in the place. The instructions that were sent were missing details and lack explanation. They simply aren’t up to the standard you’d expect, and that’s aside from having to collect the keys from a different address which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others. For example they tell you there is no lift to 4th floor. There is. We also had to call about the car park because the space isn’t the one in the instructions. Once eventually in it’s a great place apart from the very broken loo seat in the en-suite and the odd cobweb!

Had to park the car in a carpark as we did not know the area. had to walk to collect the keys from a keysafe. Go back for the car to then find our way to apartment which had parking included

Great location with parking. Apartment was spacious, bright with well equipped kitchen.

The apartment could do with some deep cleaning.

Room was lovely and my colleague had no complaints.

Picking up the keys was truly awful. We didn't get sent a code for key collection. When we then called and got given the code, it was for the wrong key. My colleague then walked all the way to the property and had the wrong key. When i called up it was explained to me that this was in error, and that my colleague would have to walk all the way back to get the different key. All in all, he missed most of our christmas party and was walking round in the cold. We paid a lot of money for this property, sadly we feel shortchanged. What can you do about this for us?

Good location, modern design with adequate furniture, car parking available

Very smelly fridge, the mirrors in bathroom and shower room are quite tall (I can only see my eye brows), no laundry liquid or powder, only one fan (feeling quite hot at night)
