The location is good.

DEPOLORABLE SERVICE. Absolutely the rudest and worst person in hospitality now works here. On check-in, we were told that their policy is that no guests in the apartment post 9:00 PM (didn't know we were booking a hostel). On going though the policies on booking.com - NO such policy was stated. This is the 3rd of 4th time staying here and never once before were we told this. This is India and most people eat dinner around that time. Either update your policy on booking.com or maybe try to adapt to the culture of the country you are in. The 2 people staying in the apartment were seniors in their 70's. Their guest was there 40 year old son - not a bunch of teenagers looking to party in a hotel room that you can say you were worried about noise. If nothing, else please train the staff on how to speak politely.

Rooms and breakfast

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel is located on a quiet street, which makes it a very peaceful place to stay. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel also features a good gym and a swimming pool. I definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and calm atmosphere.

Friendly staff - welcoming at every point of contact from reception to room staff, dining staff, concierge - always ready to greet you with a smile - very good value for money - more than adequate breakfast options.

Location. Rooms. Balcony. Accessible. One can stay in this property for a month. The rooms feel more like home.

Limited breakfast buffet menu

The staff is unprofessional, don’t seem properly dressed, are not trained to speak to customers, really did feel right interacting with them. They ask for multiple forms of ID - rejecting government issued photo ID. Then will ask you to cancel if you can’t provide it. i found this rude, and annoying. And they insist on taking your photo by a web cam at the time of check in. Generally creepy vibes from the reception staff. Had I been travelling alone - that would have been enough for me to cancel.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, great food and friendly staff.

Please change the bath towels, they feel very synthetic.
