The atmosphere

Location good

Not very clean. Looks different than in pictures. Inside looks old and needs refurbishing. Old , dirty windows. Very load noises from outside. Because local pubs are near. Very cold because of those old windows. Cupboards in the kitchen dirty. Fire alarm in hallway was beeping all our stay. Needed to put TV or music on so could not hear that. Bed very small for a couple. Very disappointed.

Location was great. Walking distance to shops and the city centre. Very lively environment . Spacious lounge and very good WiFi

Needs a deep cleaning right from the stirs through to inside of the apartment. Use razor stick found in the shower and bed too small for a couple.

We booked this apartment and when we went to bed we realised the bedding had not been changed. There were crumbs in the bed and the pillows smelt of perfume and general odour, certainly not washing detergent. We could not sleep properly, both of us were tired and had inly about 3 hour sleep. We slept on the sofa half of the night sitting up. It was noisy outside - pubs were open till 4am. Apart form this the apartment was generally dirty. No washed sheets were in the apartment for us to change the ones on the bed. This apartment was disgusting and we left as soon as we could. We booked an apart hotel nearby. Which we regret we had not done before. We were were tired and grumpy and this ruined our moods.

Location was good with facilities all near by like shopping and restaurants

- hair dryer wasn’t working. - door lock for the flat door was very loose. Door was meant to be self shutting, but wasn’t the case. - used razor blade left in the shower which is dangerous - some sockets weren’t working. From those which were the socket casing was cracked so didn’t want to risk using them. - used items left all over the flat, including kitchen cut boards, many used toilet paper roles which was half used in toilet and kitchen. Half used bleach bottles and cleaning bottles in cupboards. - shampoo and body wash was completely empty so had to buy out own.
