Hôtel très agréable, confortable et très propre, accueil et personnel adorables!

Muchísimo ruido, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y habían cucarachas.

La réceptionniste était accueillante et souriante. Personnel agréable.

Ma chambre donnait sur la court intérieure, ou était situé le bar et le lieu pour le petit déjeuner. La fenêtre simple vitrage n'était pas suffisamment isolé. Tous les soirs il y avait la fête et de la musique forte ainsi que des discussions jusqu'à 1h00 du matin. J'ai allerte l'accueil mais sans succès. J'ai souhaité changer d'hôtel durant mon séjour que j'avais entièrement réglé. J'ai fait un message à booking pour savoir si je pouvais changer d'hôtel, mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Mon voyage d'affaire était plutôt épuisant par manque de sommeil.

The room is spacious. The shower has hot water. We can only thank the cleaning staff – the room was spotless, the girl in the restaurant – the breakfast was good, and the girl at reception for her friendliness.

Strange customer service. The man at the reception desk made us fill out the registration paperwork ourselves, something that never happened in Morocco. We booked two rooms with balconies and were given rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard. There's a bar there that sells alcohol. Loud music played until late into the night. Then it was just plain loud. The bar closed at 1:45 a.m. The room was thick with cigarette smoke, even with the windows closed. We couldn't sleep. It's simply outrageous! The bathroom is 1.0 x 1.5 meters with a very high step. There is a crack in the door through which you can admire the room. After washing, everything was wet. The puddle under the rug didn't dry even overnight. I had to wash myself standing in the room. There is no soundproofing, The doors are made of thin plywood.

Well situated. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
