The quality and service of the breakfast was exceptional. We were able to put in our request for breakfast according to our preferences, and it was obvious the staff were trying hard to accompany us in every possible way.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. This place was one of the best guest houses we’ve ever experienced. It absolutely exceeded our expectations.

The property is spotlessly clean and all the staff are extremely helpful and professional. The owner, Bianca and her staff, especially Jossi and Constance went above and beyond to help us as our luggage was lost during our stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

Before I stayed here, I did not fully understand how an establishment could get such high score. Now I know why. Every person here works for customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to please you and even think unthinkable details like dinner reservations. Property itself was great but the main difference has been the staff who worked tirelessly to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfast was beyond expectations, and we could request to have it in the room or the main breakfast area. If on the room terrace, they still brought a table cloth and provided a 5 star dining experience. The breakfast was generous, very well prepared, like a fine dining experience, and the staff were incredibly attentive, well dressed, well spoken, and well mannered. There was the option of tea and cake in the afternoons, sundowners just before dinner, and coffee at any time of day. The staff always walked us out to the car, and the main town was only about 1 km down the road. There was outside parking for our car.

The recommended taxi service Bennie's Tours, which we used on New Year collected us on the 31st but did not respond to our collection request on the early morning of the 1st. This resulted in us having to spend the evening elsewhere.

I found this treasure accidentally by searching for accommodations in and around Knysna. Super clean design, lovely owner and superb personnel. We would like to especially Jossy who welcomed us and gave us the feeling to arrive at home

Nothing to complain about. The team remembered what we have mentioned as special requests.
