"Nice but service could’ve been better"

The location is ideal because there’s a lot to do nearby. Really good restaurants because the hotel has no food btw. But the aesthetic of the place is nice.

The staff charged extra because we ended up bringing a child along and they said there was beach access yet there was no way to get into beach. Just rocks. They did offer breakfast but it would’ve been ideal if they served food at the hotel. Also, it was almost impossible to get a hold of someone for just a drink at the bar.

Mala atencion, instalaciones sucias, nulas opciones para comer, en las habitaciones no hay ni closets para guardar ropa, no hay limpieza profunda en los baños, no hay mueble para.poner las cosas en los baños. Muy mala experiencia, No recomiendo el lugar.

Personal muy amable y atento, pero el sanitario estaba muy flojo, se encontró cucarachas en los muebles, sin ventilador para baño que es necesario. Sin closet . Camino para llegar de terracería.
