Terrible experience. Load bars with music 24 hours on. No way to refund or cancel (we left 20 minutes after check-in, but they only agreed to refund the first night)

Our stay at Casa Play Blanca was unique due to the attentiveness and efficiency of the staff. Wilbur is an excellent host. He made sure our stay was comfortable and positive. My family and I did not lack any services during our visit. Lizbeth was just as friendly and efficient. Our complimentary breakfast was always delicious every morning. The views of this place are breathtaking. Amenities are few but with the oceanfront view, you won't miss a thing. The hotel does not offer shuttle services, but getting around town is not difficult. There are several places to eat within walking distance. My family agreed we would come back to stay here again.

The personnal was very friendly, it was very clean and confortable. If you want to escape just take any buses to other beaches...

the restaurant Barù just next to the hôtel is horrible, waiters are horrible
