We booked 3 rooms, and got only two new of them correct, which we booked, other two was completely different rooms. So in one of the rooms kettle wasn’t working, another room didn’t had fridge, third room didn’t had dining table, rooms was extremely dirty, mattress very hard, no blanket in one of the room. No plates, no cutlery in all of the rooms, each room had exposed and easy reachable gas tube, so its a big no if you are staying with a children, one room should come with washing machine, as per picture, which wasnt there, instead there was dishwasher, which is not even connected.

Good location, staff tried to give us all they could, they were nice,and spoke some english. I give them good evaluation. The Room is quite, clean, and nice in size.

I dont understand if this is advertise itself as an appartman, why there was absolutely nothing in it(well 3 beer glasses). We had to ask for fridge(we got) plates/forks spoon,stove(we got). Pots and pans we didnt get(i had to buy). Washing machine didnt work. So if you like me, like to coock, need to bring everything with you. The toilet was inside the shower.

Wi-Fi is horrible (didn't work for all 4 days). The location is good. The apartment itself is comfortable and beautiful, with a nice terrace with a cat and high sealing. A two bedroom house is actually one bedroom+ connected room with a small couch. I texted the place twice before the arrival, because I made a mistake with the amount of people (2 instead of 4) but nobody answered, and in the place they played their card, asked me to pay an extra 200euro for this couch, the place itself has no service or cleaning or breakfast included, why should I pay? So we just booked another hotel for two of us for the same 200e. Parents stayed there, and they liked the apartment. It is not a great stay for 4 people, because you need to cross the bedroom to go to the toilet.

They refused to give me the room despite the fact it was prepaid. They didn't reimburse the money for the hotel as well. The staff refused to give me any info and they don't speak English. Aggressive and awful experience: I found myself on an island without a place to stay for a night. Gutted

Location, room sizes, comfortable mattresses and beds, clean bathroom, spacious balcony, price. The TV had great reception and plenty of turkish channels, which my mum appreciated.

Not a huge problem at all, but a bit inconvenient: I would recommend having some plates, washing up liquid, cups and cutlery available as it is really nice to sit on the balcony and have breakfast or some cake and tea/coffee. The wifi was a fairly unstable tbh. We also had one missing pillow case and received a duvet cover instead of a bedsheet BUT these are small things that werent a huge deal. I just feel it's important to note so that the hotel can avoid these little mistakes in future. This is a new hotel and given the location, price, size and comfort, I think it was a great deal and great place to stay and we would definitely come again.

Best value for money offer. Apartment was very spacious and clean. We liked everything.
