We stayed one week in this spacious and bright apartment. The owner was responsive to our needs by text .Renovated living room and bedrooms and very comfy beds. Elevator and AC worked great !
Did not like the neighbourhood . Even though close to tram line but Weekend ( Friday- Saturday and Sunday nights) the street was overly noisy due to next-door night club fights . Sleep quality was not good from 2-4 am ! Bathrooms had humidity smell and black molds- Professional cleaning should be considered. Kitchen can be upgraded for sure ! Needs also Pots and pans with lids among missing items .
