"Dezamăgitor"

Camere murdare. Serviciul de curățenie nu si-a făcut treaba pe tot intreg sejurul. Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu a facut patul. Baia era murdara. Nu recomand. Aceeasi mancare timp de 3 zile.

Ár érték arányban ennél talán nincs is jobb hely a Magas-Tátrában. + Gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre, kedves és figyelmes személyzet az étteremben és a recepción is. + Az ételek mennyisége és minősége is átlagos, de mindenki szájízére főznek valamit, mi mindig jól tudtunk lakni. +Viszonylag nagy játszótere van a gyerekek számára + a hotel előtt ingyenes a parkolás, ami mostanában már elég ritka Akinek nincsenek túl nagy igényei, jól fogja magát érezni.

A hotel főbejárata csak 22:00-ig van nyitva.

"Vybavenie izby bolo obnovené Retro, nábytok čoto už pamätá."

Raňajky, celkovo strava bola vynikajúca. Ako rodina sme boli s ubytovaním na hoteli celkovo spokojný.

Problém pri platbe kartou, podarilo sa nám nakoniec úspešne vyriešiť.
