"Izby čisté ale veľmi staré"

Raňajky a večere boli fajn. Je si z čoho vybrať. Izba bola čistá a matrace boli super. Určite stoji za zmienku aj pekný výhľad z izby na Lomnický štít.

Izby hrozne zastarale. V reštaurácii značný problém s upratovaním tanierov a pohárov od predošlých hosťoch. Mať v takej reštike len 3 čašníkov je šialenosť. Aj napriek tomu bol personál fajn. Wellness v susednom hoteli, ktorý ponúkate, bol jedno veľké sklamanie. Extrémne zanedbaný wellness.

"Pre rodiny z deťmi určite odporúčam. Hotel by už potreboval zmodernizovať"

Zábava s celou rodinou. Pre deti super hotel

Mala Reštauračna miestnosť. Na raňajky aj večere sme museli čakať v rade ne stôl… Tiež by z môjho pohľadu hotel potrebovať zmodernizovať. Podobí dosť rekro čo môže znižovať jeho kredit

Pekné, čisté izby, príjemný personál, na výbornom mieste. Deti si užili detský kútik. Blízko na lyžiarky svah.Spokojnosť.

Ubytovanie by mohlo byť skôr. O 16:00 hod. sa mi zdá neskoro. Na izbe by mohla byť komoda, kam by si hostia mohli uložiť oblečenie.

Location is very nice and picturesque.

The room was not cleaned during our 3-day stay. Playrooms for kids definitely need renovation long ago.
