Nana Suites Villa

Everything, exactly how depicted in pictures. Hosts were wonderful, even drop us to dinner and picked us up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Stunning new villa in a quiet location. The staff came to meet us on the first day and took our breakfast order which was freshly prepared and delivered each day (the Indonesian noodles were lovely). We didn't get chance to try any of the other food they did (our only regret) but the breakfast was very good. Nana's Kitchen is just down the road from the villa - 5 mins walk away. The villa is well maintained and the staff are friendly. Sidemen itself is very quiet and off the tourist trail and the villa seems to be between two local residences. There are only a small number of local warungs to eat in the eve but you can get food delivery from the owner which looked very reasonably priced. It looked like they were possibly building another storey on top of the living area when we went. The staff helped to fix the lights in one of the bedrooms quickly when there was a problem one day (luckily not a problem for us as we used another bedroom instead) and they also organised a driver for us quickly when our taxi did not turn up (Grab taxis do not seem to operate too well in Sidemen). The views were the best thing about the villa - with views over the valley and at times you could even see the mountain on a clear day. We noticed glow flies by the pool in the evening which were lovely to watch. Thankyou to all Nana's team for a lovely stay!

Only criticisms was that there was no safe when we arrived at the property and when they provided one it was not fixed to the property. We also noticed the wifi in one of the bedrooms (on the left) wasn't great but throughout the rest of the property it was good. We could not work out how to get any tv channels on the tv - but there is Netflix in the main living area for anyone who needs entertainment (we weren't sure how to work it in the bedroom). One thing that could improve the villa is if they provided a guest info brochure with info about how to operate the tv etc. The living area is open on one side so it is impossible to stop insects getting in to this part of the villa but the 3 bedrooms can all be locked and closed as much as needed.

The hosts were amazing and extremely attentive, they should us around the property, offered to drive us to some nearby restaurants and even picked us up after. they were extremely responsive via WhatsApp and e recommended a great driver who took us to some tourist spots and then to Seminyak. Location of this property is perfect, the views were incredible and even better than the picture in the listings. Property was clean with lockable bedrooms and very spacious. They provided us with breakfast and did a fantastic floating breakfast for us too. This was our favourite part of our Bali trip and we will definitely be coming here again. Can’t recommend enough!

Words can't express how amazing our entire experience was. Koma ana all staff were amazing, exceeded all expectactions. The views are stunning with a sparkling clean pool and the entire living space area. Honestly, there is not a single thing that we can think of that would have changed our top rating. Never in our lives had we experienced so much care, professionalism, and generosity that was provided. We didn't have any milk or coffee as we run out on the first day. You're one message away from having the milk and coffee delivered. On our last day, we had to leave by 7am to catch the flight back home. Breakfast delivered at 6.15 am? Absolutely no problem. It's just the most amazing experience one can wish for. We will most definitely come back and wish Koma and all staff only the best in the future! Thank you Koma, we are truly grateful for all you have done for us xxx

Nana Suites Villa is a beautiful, private space with stunning hillside views. Our host was absolutely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

The pool was a bit cool for me as I prefer warmer, but the weather was hot enough to still enjoy it.

The location was absolutely stunning. It felt like a high end luxury home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and bedding was luxurious, the sheets crystal white and the towels fluffy and the view of Mt Agung from every vantage point was outstanding. The infinity was divine. Everything was high quality in the kitchen and had everything you could ask for. The help Ayu gave us was second to none. 24 hour assistance (if needed) and responded to a WhatsApp within minutes to our every request with grace and kindness. She even brought us home cooked sweets as a generosity which were delicious. We felt so welcome, safe and cared for. A wonderful truly family run villa who genuinely cared about us having an incredible experience.

Not enough hot water to fill the bathtub and just need some dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.
