Good location, welcoming and kind people. Very nice stay.

Anton (the owner) is so kind, rooms are confortable and very clean, bed amazing, I really enjoyed my stay there and sure I will go there for my next ones ! Thank you again !

The location was very good. The staff were very nice willing to help. However they were restricted by the facilities/infrastructure provided by the owner/management.

Rooms smelling due to fungus or no proper aeration. Cleanliness was poor. Swimming pool dwelling place for mosquitoes and insects perhaps not used for ages.

"The owner and the host was extremely friendly and kind, they arranged vehicle to drop us in Colombo. Exceptional location, just 2 mins walking to the beach?" This is my second stay in Asian Grand, highly recommend the place.

Air conditioning and fan good, comfortable bed, clean, great location near beach and good restaurants. Friendly staff - made breakfast the night before for us to go diving early morning.

Wouldn't allow payment on card or bank transfer. No breakfast before 9am. No mosquito net, which was an issue given there were quite a few mosquitos.
