Fairhill Cottage Perfect location with garden in central Ballycastle

This property is fantastic,so clean and homely Kitchen well equipped and the beds are really cosy Perfect location right near town ,and yet so peaceful at night Communication with Susan was great we stayed over the Fair and Susan give us great information on parking A place to relax as there was a fab TV Definitely worth a visit

The property was ideal and perfect for all amenities.

The only thing was the pressure from the shower it was very low to have a proper shower but otherwise everything was excellent.

The location was great, close to shops and the forest area. If the weather had been better, we could have made more use of the long garden, but it rained too much while we were there. Beds were comfortable, space was sufficient for two adults, two teenagers and a dog. The explanations on how to use heating and water were good.

Watching TV was a bit challenging as the sofas are just a bit too far away from the smallish screen. The low water pressure in the shower made washing long hair (3 of us) very difficult. Having a table in the sitting room would make more sense so that the kitchen can be a bit more spacious and it could be used for playing games in the evening.

It was very clean. The owners were very responsive and excellent communication right from booking.

The back garden was a wash out. Lots of it closed off with barbed wire. The picture made the garden look great and I thought it would be good for my twin boys but we couldn’t sit outside as garden flooded the entire time despite the good weather.

I liked everything about this property.everything was there fantastic garden ideal for pets, will definitely bring my 2 border terriers the next time.was the best all round accommodation I've stayed in everything worked never had to look for anything.can easily understand why this property is always booked.never heard any noise which is amazing considering its close proximity to the town centre.I found to people in Ballycastle very friendly indeed.Am planning to stay for 3 nights In October.came here to relax and relax we did with no distractions.Finally the bed was so comfortable.

Only thing that could have been a bit better was a bigger TV.(that's only because I wanted to watch England match in the Euros.)

Lovely spacious house in a fantastic location. Just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. Located beside a beautiful forest which was great for walking our dogs. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could need for a lovely stay. It is very central but lovely and quiet. Fantastic large enclosed back garden perfect for dogs to have a run. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. The owners are so responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here especially if you have dogs. A wonderful stay and great value.
